可能另一主題為旅團之間分享資源，減輕大家壓力及提高效率。如大家能為自已及其他旅團舉辦活動或訓練，我想大家各方面的專才必然會給予各旅的團員們多元化之選擇。

立兄所言甚是，小弟亦有同感，所謂資源共用真的要實現，首先要大家消除門戶之見，童軍就是童軍並沒有分小隊、旅團、區會、地域甚至國家。
如果真的要清楚劃分如何有效地推廣，到頭來只會處處碰壁。
