這情況的確會令人髮指，但我們身為領袖的一定要清楚自己角色，所以一定要利用小隊長，我們可以比壓力小隊長，當然最後也要有獎有罰。千萬不要再用暴力我本人極力反對，教得就教，利誘都得打和鬧都比較下下之策喇。我通常對付這些人都會用計玩佢，另他們知道下次會死得更慘。哈哈!!!!

正如亞黎話, 打仔唔係咁好. 不過我都明白我同你都咁上下年紀, 衝動是在所難免, 我都會聽下亞黎講唔好咁衝動. 時時刻刻都要提醒下自己.

因為我班死仔唔只喜歡遲到, 仲喜歡放飛機. 次次我都不知想打死班死仔! 最終班死仔唔係自動消失就係比我修復0左.現在既情況比以前好了多少.

我時常提醒自己領袖的行為是何等重要，日後要有一個可靠和可信賴的形象，就一定要由今天做起。但你的做法也是可以理解的，如果對方或大家都接受又不妨，不過長久來說就要自己衡量一下喇!!!!
或者睇下一D心理學的書籍從中找到你要的答案。
