唔好以為老就一定會係餅,有好多人在這裡浮沉幾十年,一事無成,老餅這個美譽唔係好多人受得起的,要有一定火候加上係紅褲仔,不過我本人比較喜歡培育接班人,〈隨波逐流〉時代在轉新一代領袖有他們的一套,我們要共融及互補長短。
轉眼就兩代童軍,廿多年來只是在近三四年比較有明顯改革,可惜一個咁大團體經年累月實在難免有毒瘤毒瘡,一時間醫亦難割亦難,到底我們知不知道我們的管理概念現處於美國的五十年代,即落後了五十年。唉

亞黎, 講老餅就一定無我份. 講領袖經驗我只有6年only. 年齡只有廿才多些少. 不過我就係 [紅褲仔] 出身.

我同意亞黎所講, 近三四年比較有明顯改革, 但著眼點只有 [領袖訓練] [更改訓練綱要] & [旅團行政改革], 在高層決策者似乎沒有改變. 現在有部份旅團都已經改善緊沿用既行政管理方式. 希望會有多少改善.

經年累月既毒瘤毒瘡, 可能是要由旅團開始慢慢改善.
