亞黎, 講老餅就一定無我份. 講領袖經驗我只有6年only. 年齡只有廿才多些少. 不過我就係 [紅褲仔] 出身.

我同意亞黎所講, 近三四年比較有明顯改革, 但著眼點只有 [領袖訓練] [更改訓練綱要] & [旅團行政改革], 在高層決策者似乎沒有改變. 現在有部份旅團都已經改善緊沿用既行政管理方式. 希望會有多少改善.

經年累月既毒瘤毒瘡, 可能是要由旅團開始慢慢改善.
