小弟真的要 thankyou 亞黎的高見. 亞黎一言令我從灰暗中找到一些色彩.

亞黎, 這位人兄就算再給他三五年, 也未必能悟出領導者的真理. 以前的教法實在在他心裡根深柢固. 很難叫他改. 而小弟身為團長也試過要求與這位人兄面談, 但他沒有應邀. 而這位人兄就是專門在我不在時才回來, 還要和我的 [頭馬] 說我的不是.

我身為團長, 我已給他對話的機會. 連我的副團長也好言相勸, 事已至此, 我只期望這位人兄在我不在時不回來. 我仍會把對話的大門開啟.

但根據我的其中一位副團長給我的情報, 這位人兄是沖著我而來. 我真的找不到有效的方法去應付才好.
