閣下真的勾起我的往事，回想起以往當年一班同期出身的Venture都當上領袖，我團三起三落最興盛時有三十多個Venture & 十多位領袖，這樣一大群人真的好頭痛，那會全都同一目標同一意見。
實際上童軍運動暗藏著“識者生存”的自然淘汰規律，能夠留下來的未必是精英，但可以肯定的是一定懂得在這生存之道。
有些人只想試一試身上的刀是否比別人的利，無它；他們都希望得到別人的賞識和認同，由其是上級的贊賞，如果情況許可的話放一放手給他，又睇下可以攪出怎樣的大頭佛來。
