Subject: Sedona is crap!!!!!!

My 61 year old mother is being screwed by KIA Warranty. The will not cover her transmission repair with only 33,000 miles on the Van because we live in a severe maintinance area. Well from what I have read and found out via internet everybody in the U.S. lives in the same area. Can anyone explain tis to me??? Please help me understand.
