Mary and Mack I hope you get KIA. I am so sorry for your loss. KIA needs to step up and take responsibility for their lack of safety and performance of their vehicles.

On the same sight I have posted my experience with my 2007 KIA Sorento and KIA Motors and to say the least it has been a terrible experience. I have a grandchild 6 months that I do not feel comfortable putting him in this vehicle because I do not feel it is safe.

We are still fighting with them. Since I would not take their first offer, which would have only benefited KIA, I was told to pick my vehicle up not repaired. The dealer nor Kia would put in writing that the vehicle is safe for me to drive. No one seemed to care that the vehicle was not repaired and could not be repaired at this time. I take a higher risk than normal every time I get in this vehicle.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
