Subject: WIRING PROBLEMS

If I won a million dollars I would frop my 2000 sephia at the dealership and walk away. Untortanetly I owe too much on it still. I got it new off the lot. Before the warranty ran out I spent 6 thousand in repairs myself on it (apperntly not covered). Brakes, exhaust, exhaust again, so and so on. The engine runs great, but I have a major problem with the wiring in this vehicle. Had to pay for a new starter, a week later a new alternator and battery, six months later new plugs and wires. It stopped working again a year later, took it to an idependat mechanic. all of my contacts on the bottom had rusted off of the alternator and he wondered why they didn't replace them when they did the alternator. He thought it was more than likely this "rusted contacts" that was the original problem and probably didn't need the alternator replaced. I now have to pay another 6-7 hundred to have a relay?? switch in the steering colum replaced so I can have dash lights and rear running lights. I have kept all of my service reports for the five years I have this lemon, and alot of my problems come from wiring. (Anyone want to by a used vehicle? Will trade for a good bicycle!)
