Subject: A book for anyone who's had an internet friend....

It's called "The Night Listener" and it's by Armistead Maupin.... It's his newest! It doesn't have the shock value of the Tales of the City but it was entertaining for me because I could feel it ring true on many levels. Basically it deals with the whole mystique surrounding internet (in this case telephone) relationships, and it really examines the many levels of human identity.

If you're a fan of Tales of the City like I am, you will notice one character makes an appearance (I won't let on which...), but it really is a good story in its own right... 3 and a half stars! :)

Do you like my pseudo-critical voice...? Oh yeah, I forgot to use italics! grrrr.... :)
