Yeah, it's pretty much the same interview she's been giving for 17 years or so - keep a scorecard for how often these things come up:
- her relationship with Adam Ant
- her nude scene in Castaway
- her lesbian kiss in LA Law
- there are no good roles for women over 35

Yawn. Ah well, I tried to interview her and put a lot of time and thought into the questions. I got turned down cold because Amanda 'wasn't doing any press' at the time. Then she went and did an interview right after that in the U.K. and it was basically---see above subjects. Booorrrrring indeed. I'm not the world's best interviewer, but at least if you look at my Amber Agar piece, you can see I'm trying to learn something there. I'd like the same opportunity with Amanda, but I doubt it will ever happen.
