Subject: Clan Ranking Systems

This is just an idea i thought that i would bounce off the forum. I think that we should, instead of having a council consisting of simply council members for their b.net life, the housemasters all sit on a council that jointly rules the clan. Rules wouldnt have to be unamimous but a 2/3 or 3/4 rule would be in effect , depending on the types o rules. If you cant tell im taking Comparitive Gov and PolSci. Anyways a Democratic clan is a clan filled with oppurtunity. And thats what everyone in a clan wants nowadays. Thier chance to gain rank in that clan. Perhaps some form of elections could be put into effect but the most popular guy might not be the best to lead so im leaning away from that
Any ideas, questions, comments, complaints?
