When communication can be used to harm or damaged someone else, it can be detremental to the receiver. It would be necessary for someone who is sending a message to reflect and analyze how the receiver may decode the message before it send the message whether it is a verbal or non verbal message. Communication is a powerful tool that can be utilized to create a positive or negative message.
