Communication is not a simple tool, majority does not know how to use the tool. We speak harsh, we disrespect and abuse the tool. It could be simple to use out verbal and non verbal communication tools. We all do not have the same culture, use the same language or non verbal skills used properly. Communication is the key and teaching the communication is a start to correcting conflict.
