Humans can eat anything but humans have consciousness.
Humans can eat meat like chicken eat meat.
Humans can eat meat like cows eat meat.
Humans can become mad like cows become mad.
Humans can die from salmonella, but chicken will not.
Humans can dies from E.coli:157, but cows will not.
Humans have 10m long intestins but carnivorous animals have short intestins.
Humans cannot chew bones, humans cannot eat a cow alive, and cannot eat a chicken alive.
