I would have to agree with the whole thing about smith being a worm type thing and encodes himself differently seeing as how the anomily of smith was not really able to be tracked by link on the code of the matrix. But anyway the real reason i am typing this i have heard allot of rumors and i have come up with my own that there are multiple matrixes such as six or so. Suddenly trinity and him and the rest of zion will win the war neo will not be hurt anway shape or form and they will build there worl back up and use the matrix for a prison system just kidding anyway they will free all the people andnot have to use the matrix again except possible for the people like cypher who think the real world is the matrix or maybee the matrix is the real world and the real world is just another part of all this
