Matrix is never intended to be fully understood, W.Bros are just making meaningless assumptions out of matrix so audience can always relate to their life, philosophy
do you understand our generation? we are post-modernist. We already knew that meaning of matrix changes based on context. You tell me what is the point of discussion all those interpretations of matrix allusions if they so endless many of them?

Matrix meaning is not to meant to be discussed, matrix means matrix, it meant to be broken not to be build more matrixes onto it.
