I seriously doubt it, the disc conved to Neo in Zion in reloaded was the 'last transmission of the Osiris', you can see it in the Animatrix and Enter the Matrix. Thats why the Neb left Zion so quickly. I'm not sure what was on the disc Neo sold to that guy was, but I'm guessing it was some sort of worm, or trojan or something.
