Subject: Two puzzling Matrix Reloaded questions if i may

Just got back from watching Reloaded for the second time - much preferred it this time around, although it still falls short of the first movie. In any case, a couple of questions that are puzzling me (my first post here so apologies if these have been addressed already - i did do a quick search):

1. The kung-fu supremo who acts as the Oracle's bodyguard: How is he so good? I mean, he manages to hold his own against Neo without too much difficulty!! In fact, his skills were such that he was confident enough to test Neo's abilities. Any thoughts?

2. During the freeway scene where Morpheus fights an Agent on top of the moving truck: Morpheus cuts the Agent with his samurai sword and the Agent bleeds (and it's red blood at that)!? When Neo himself is cut during a fight scene earlier in the film it is used to signify that he is in fact human after all. How can an Agent bleed?

Thanks in advance.
