中國科學的落後，始於漢朝獨尊儒術。
此後，那些所謂的文人，漸漸成為社會的核心。
有才能的人，大都認為文學才是最重要。
以致醫藥，百工技藝都成了末流。
其實中國古代的數學，植物學，醫學，天文曆法，航海和冶煉都是世上首屈一指的。
只不過不論他們的成就有多大，當時的人都不會去重視。
努力得不到回報，試問在這樣的環境下，科學又怎會發達呢？
愚以為中國科學的落後是由中國人對知識不夠重視所致。
