Rumours abound in Victoria that Sergei Federov is unhappy with coach Andy Murray and is looking to be traded. When asked to comment, GM Shawn Macdonald was quoted as saying, "Well, nobody is untouchable. If the right offer were to come along, we would be foolish not to consider it."

In light of those comments, interested GMs around the GWHL would be wise to contact Macdonald if they think Sergei might be a good fit on their team.
