Finally after a 10 games in 10 days stretch the Huskies are getting a much needed rest heading into the home stretch. We play Winnipeg twice and Whitehorse 3 times to finish the season. Needing only 4 points to clinch a playoff spot we could have that sown up if Yellowknife loses it's next 2 games well we sit at home resting our wounds.Khabby is glad the team made it thru the worst part of the schedule. "I sure could use the rest to be ready for the playoffs:)".Mario hopes to continue as the leading scorer. This has been quite the turn around for this team lastyear they were out of the playoffs by mid season. But since the new owner step in he found some veterans to play with Lemieux. Selanne with speed and Smolinski for grit. On to the stretch drive :)
