Ok, after reading some of what was said on the message board, this is the format that will be voted on:

1) The draft will be two rounds long. The order will be in reverse order of finish (worst goes first).

2) If you select a player you must immediately expose a player from your protected list and enter him into the pool of eligible players.

3) Each team is allowed to protect 18 skaters and 2 goalies.

4) Players 25 or under are exempt from the waiver draft.

5) If a player is in his option year and you qualify him, then you need to protect him if you want to hold on to him. Conversely, if you don't qualify a player, you don't need to protect him.

I want a simple yea or nay answer. No explanations are necessary as we've already had a discussion on the messageboard. Please use your team name when voting to identify yourself.
