With apologies to my french teacher for not being certain on the grammar or spelling of my head title for this article, I wish to announce a blockbuster deal that has gone down this day between Whitehorse and Quebec.

In a stunning press release, Whitehorse announced it has traded another of last years top point getters in Ryan Smyth. After dealing Lemieux and Doan in previous deals, Whitehorse has parted ways with Ryan Smyth in a blockbuster ten player deal. Gone before he even played a game for the Warriors is Mike Comrie, restricted free agents Steve Rucchin and Chris Osgood, Ryan Smyth and Grant Marshall. Coming to Whitehorse are Jeff Friesen, Michael Handzus, Olli Jokinen, Martin St. Louis and Tomas Vokoun.

No comments were attached to the post by Whitehorse staff, but a note was made that another deal may be imminent, and a press conference for either just todays deal, or both, will be held tomorrow for media to discuss this move.

Breaking all the news that breaks up this team, and puts it together...
