Sherri I agree with your post 100%. I also think that moral judgements have been forgotten and everybody focuses more on money than anything else. The thing that people forget about is that money cant by happiness, but they try to get as close as possible to it. I also agree with you concerning Erikson's theory on Intimicy and Trust. I myself have that issue and rather be independent rather than trust anyone to do anything for me. Not that I was taught this by my parents, but something I picked up as I grew older.
