I agree with you Tiffany. I believe tests should be chosen regarding what field that you are going into. I wouldn't expect an Accountant to be required to take an emotional intelligence test in order to measure their abilities, nor do I think that classical intelligence testing be required for jobs such as mechanics. Everyone is intelligent in their own way and their career. I also believe that standardized testing needs an overhaul. It is relied upon too much as an absolute measure however isn't fair to those that know the material, just don't do well in testing situations like that.
