Kappa Chapter has not joined Panhell because AOE is so specialized and we find that we would end up turning a majority of the people who rushed away because their majors are not the ones we accept. We feel that Panhell would not be able to help us. Also, we do not have the money to pay dues to them for services that we would not use. Panhell at NDSU has rediculous rules against flower arrangements and the way you have to stand during rush.
