I'm not sure if that means they're related though. I mean, Aoki resembles Seishiro quite a bit, but they are not related at all (as far as I know, anyway). So, it is possible that Saya and Kakyou are relatives or CLAMP might just be getting lazy.^_^ Your idea does make a lot of sense, a lot more than my friend's "idea" that Kamui is Seishiro's kid.
