I can't say we can make any sort of assumptions about their English. better to just write it in Japanese. Wouldn't hurt though, I guess, to send them an English e-mail. *shrugs* And hey, if it says to e-mail them, then why not? There's probably an e-mail address somewhere in "Asuka" if someone wants to give it a shot...I have an old copy and I can see if I can find one anywhere.

That's probably what they're doing. Art wise, "X" requires more work than "Tsubasa" or "xxxHOLiC". Pumping out two weeklies would make it difficult to dedicate as much effort as needed to a highly detailed, aesthetics-oriented work such as "X". But that doesn't make the wait any less irritating.
And the D.N. Angel may be the problem too...
>they are in every main page since a long time ago,

Hmmm...I don't think so. They're trying to sell "Asuka" magazine, not "X" or "D.N.Angel" individually. Therefore, if you're going to sell a magazine, you want as much stuff in it as possible that people will like so that more people will buy it. They probably couldn't care less whether or not you're reading "X" or "D.N.Angel", just as long as you buy "Asuka". Ah, economics.
It's right to believe that the problem is

CLAMP usually works on a couple series at a time, but up until recently (the past couple years) the majority of their works ran in monthly magazines rather than weeklies. A month between publications, even if you are working on two or three series, is much more time than a week between publications (and having four people helping each other is no small boost either). oO;; Thinking back on it, this is the first time to my knowledge that CLAMP has worked on two weekly series at once. So it's probably in the best interest of Apapa Mokona's sanity (not to mention Igarashi Satsuki's and Nekoi Mick's, since they're the ones that do the page layouts and screentoning) that they lay off the "X" for awhile. Nevertheless, I remain bitter.

I think the longest they put "X" on hold was for a year. If not a year, I do know that CLAMP officially stopped production of their work for an extended period of time to protest one of their editors. Those little one and two month breaks don't help, either.
Actually, I have a friend who calculated, assuming that "X" will be 20 volumes long, that the series would have been finished by 1999 if CLAMP hadn't taken half the breaks they have. >_O

But where would they move it? @_@;; "Asuka" is really their only option, unless they jump back to "Asuka Mystery", if that magazine is even still running. I think they're just not going to work on it, though I hope your suggestion is true, even it makes no sense for them to do that...
>OMG I wrote too much ^^""" sorry about that...
Nah ya didn't. ^^ Look at how much I wrote, and half it was whining.
