To whom it may concern...
I and my husband are both graduated from University, but when we returned to the hood, Simmerville, there was no vacant house. We thought there would soon be, so we rented a room from another household, then we waited some more and eventually we had to rent a small house aty Test Lane! I don't try to say that sims at test Lane isa any worse, but eveyone knows that Test Lane is intended for less fortunates. We both have great jobs, we have 2 kids, we would like a bigger house. What is the point of sending young adults off to University if the hood can not offer them anything better than this? We have no wish of renting here at Test Lane, we pay §300 daily, instead og investing our money in our own house. Our children will suffer because there will be less values to inherite.
Dear Simmerville hood, this hood deserves more resiential lots! We know there are several vacant lots at Simmer Heights with land rights but where the owner has no building rights yet. We now insist that such buildingf rights are sold in order to open up for more homes.
I know there are many successful families just waiting for a decent house! Sign here to upport this!
