 Dear Trevor,

My name is Jean Murdwaller and I have am the spokes sim of the SUN hood Simbuquerque. Our hood is a little under populated and it would be great if some more Sims immigrated. If you are short on cash, that's not a problem. When a new Sim moves to Simbuquerque, the hood council provides the immigrant §20,000 simoliens.

Are you allowed to move out of your hood? If not, I would suggest living with your parents. It would be nice for you to be back with them.
