 It sounds like a good idea but from what I have read about things the students should probably be 100 percent certain they want to stay in that hood after graduation because extra sims in a hood is not a good thing. So if they want to go there for school and then return home afterwards then that would not be good for the hood but if they were permanently relocating there then it would be cool.
