Hello, my name is Winston Crabtree and I am an agent and the casting director for "Arrendale Heights." My clients are very talented up-and-coming actors and actresses, but are virtually unknown. To stir up publicity both for my clients and for the soap they star in, I'm looking for hoods who would be interested in "adopting" some of these future celebrities. Because we've spent so much time on the set, working on the show, we haven't had much time to focus on the actors' personal lives. Almost nothing is known about them (they're even called by their character's names on set). I think this would be a great opportunity to generate some buzz for "Arrendale Heights," increase exposure for the actors, and give adoptive hoods a little publicity and excitement by having a local celebrity.
To apply, you just need to fill out a simple online form letting us know who you are and which actor you would like for your hood. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Hoods may host more than one actor, depending on the response we recieve, but, obviously, each actor will only be able to go to one hood. Of course, if the actor you want has already been taken, we do know of some look-alike sims that you can adopt unofficially. Once you recieve an acceptance letter we'll ask you to answer a few simple questions about your actor (like their name, personality, family, personal history etc.) The actor will have to keep in touch, either by e-mail, through the message board, or through the adoptive hood's website, just so we know what's going on with their lives. And, of course, I must be contacted if they are offered any other roles. They are under contract and as their agent, I have to get my cut.
