Thanks. I was able to peek at one of them with simpe and I saw a picture of Laci with Mr. Bird.

Sounds interesting. I doubt we'll ever get those additions here. I think most sims in the hood would rather focus on getting the major amenities and getting other items from online sources.

Supposed to be? Sounds like it's not going as easy as you'd hope. Am I right?

Sounds like the new Apple Valley is really nice. New Eden is using the combined terrain type of approach too. It's nice having everything close so there aren't long travel times.

Aren't Suzanna and Fiona both pregnant still? Or have they gone to taking turns now? LOL I'm sure that's nice for the kids to be able to play together.

Business is going good. I've been keeping busy. Mostly doing assessments to see how things are working in the hood and what needs to be improved. I've been working on some plans to renovate the art museum. The director of the museum doesn't like the current design. The challenge is coming up the something that still looks original and unique on the outside, but is more functional on the inside, especially when it comes to wall space for hanging paintings. I've also noticed there's a great view of the ocean from the area, so I'd like to take advantage of that somehow. Maybe a rooftop sitting area or an area with windows facing the water. I'm still playing around with ideas.

I took a look at the house last weekend and I decided to put an offer on it. Don't worry, I checked, and didn't find any beer stains. The house had only been occupied for one semester, by two girls and a guy. I actually met one of the girls when I was checking out the art museum and she seems pretty nice. Except for some weeds out front and some left over grilled cheese sandwiches left out in the kitchen, it was like brand new. I'll have to send you some pictures soon. Maybe I'll send you some pictures of "the floral house," too. I'm sure you'd enjoy seeing them.
