That makes sense. Since we have all the amenities our benefactor has been ordering the additional minor amenities.

No, not as easy. Suzanna has been moody, but I don't know how much of that is pregnancy related or related to just the everyday raising children and having an infant and toddler in the house while trying to do a good job in your career.

Suzanna and Fiona are still pregnant, but thier last pregnancy was pretty close. I think the twins and Lilly are a few simlonic months apart and these babies will be a few simlonic months apart.

The art museum sounds like a great project, I like your idea about the rooftop area. We don't have an art musuem here, only a small art gallery-you might remember it. The Herendez family owns it. Pretty small, very few pieces of local art.

Ahh, sounds like the new house might be in better condition than you thought. I thought that it may have been party central, but looks like the students kept it up nicely.
