In reply to: WILLIAM (BILLY) CLARK 's message, "TOUR OF DUTY 1968-69 UDORN THAILAND" on 14:51:27 08/07/03 ThuPDT

I was at Udorn 1967-1975.
Does anyone remember the F-4C crash (lost hydraulics) in 2 October 1969? I was in the middle of it and saved 4 airmen who were in a 6-pack and hit by the F-4. They were on fire and unconcious. I was standing beside the C-130 at the time. The C-130 was also hit, but sustained only minor damage.
