Smoke 978X was the dog I handled at Phu Cat from 3/68 to 3/69.
Mike M401 was the dog I trained and took back to Seymour Johnson AFB. I just found out he went to Udorn,Thailand in 1968.

Doug

I was a sentry dog handler 8/66 to 8/67, my dog's name was Rinnie 681F. I would liked to know what happened to him. He was a very big and very agessive dog. We were featured in the military newspaper (can't remember its name), Rinnie had to have one of his K-9's replaced with a stainless steel tooth. We were stationd at Bien Hoa AFB.
