Doc, quite agree with you on the need to exercise the mind. Certainly other operative parts of the body/organ needs to be exercised too. Otherwise it tends to get lazy and won't get up. This, I believe, is the bane of most Apeks. The operative word in your statement above is "excessively". I quite agree too that anything excessive may not be good.

Busy for past weeks. That's why I have not said anything other reading what has been posted.

I am now you know where. That's right; in Bangkok. Will fly direct to Melbourne next week.
