Subject: To Suave

Hey Suave I was just wondering what program you use to make your mpegs and was wondering how you get the little "suave" in the corner to mark that you made it? Please either reply or email me.

There isn't "one program" he uses Kat. there was a thread a little bit down the list that told exactly how he does it. As for the little suave in the top right corner of all his mpegs, I believe he does that via the image overlay function in Virtual Dub. Correct Suave?

As good as it is, VirtualDub can't do everything. I use Adobe Premiere 6.0 to add my logo via a transparent image track. The other programs I use are in my FAQ (link on the left frame of my site).

have you tried the vdub logo filter?

Thanks for the tip Ese`. I downloaded Donald Graft's Logo Filter and tried it out. Unfortunately it doesn't support a transparent image mask - you can only define one color in the source image to be transparent. This results in jagged edges. It's a shame because I would prefer to use VirtualDub for everything.
