Thanks for the tip Ese`. I downloaded Donald Graft's Logo Filter and tried it out. Unfortunately it doesn't support a transparent image mask - you can only define one color in the source image to be transparent. This results in jagged edges. It's a shame because I would prefer to use VirtualDub for everything.
