 Ok. He really gets to me and makes me feel guilty. And my boy always aske for him. THis is the hardest thing I have ever had to deal with in my life. I really think it is time to get that restraining order. When I filled out the papers before, twice before, it asks for"When was this person last violent with you or those you are wanting protected".

I never know what to write on these forms or even what to tell the judge. Can you give me some advice on this? I have went to do this twice and just don't know what to say.
I can do anything else but this. I think guilt starts taking over and thinking well maybe I did something to harass him, but even if I did, the emotional part of it all and the abuse from him mentally, etc, would justify why I really need this. It is messing my head up and stopping my life daily when he contacts me and my son as well. After all these years, someone needs to take him out of our lives. I am having a hard time because of the emotions and the manipulation.
