 OMG -Just when we move onward and upward...Found out he lost both of his homes -forclosure = no arears child support for me. Come to find out he got a job he started last week (first on in 1 1/2 yrs). It was my daughters 13th b-day this past weekend. She received a letter in the mail from his mom -it was a letter from him telling her how much he loves her, wants to talk to her, she needs to come and talk to him without a predetermined opinion and an open heart and mind -yadda yadda. He tells her how he hasn't gone a day without thinking of her -what BS! He hasn't spoken to her in almost a year and hasn't paid any child support in that long -yet he thinks of her everyday? Give me a break! Well, my daughter did not read the letter and refuses to read it. She has no desire to hear what he or his family have to say -she just gave it to me and suggested I not read it either. Of course I had to in order to know what's coming, but she will not. So...now I know he is going to start coming around again and I have to deal with that whole BS along with a daughter who by him trying to make contact is going to have to deal with it all over again and have all those emotions. I just can't believe how he does this once we are moving forward and have gotten stability in our lives once again. What's the deal? Is it spring time makes these addicts all of sudden decide they want the very things they choose to walk away from? It's nuts!. Please keep us in your prayers as I believe we have not heard the last of him. OUGH!
