You are actually thinking of still allowing the visitation? Wow.

I would text or call or email him and tell him that you made an error and that your original agreement of him having a clean hair folicle testing in order for him to have visitation with his son.

Spencer is still thinking about himself! If he cared at all about the child, he would not deal with hurting the child emotionally. But since he doesn't care, he's trying to manipulate both you and your son.
