The other day, my husband was playing with the kids in the living room. He took a moment, looked up at me and said, "I like being sober. I missed so much with them when I was high."

I was overwhelmed with joy from that short statement. I just looked at him and said, "I like you being sober a lot more, too."

Thank you, God, for bringing our family back together. You couldn't have given our boys a greater gift than to bring their father back!
