I did all the "what if" and "if only", then I realized I was not a perfect mom, none of are, but her low self esteem she says I make her feel is her own and her self esteem will stay low as long as shes making the choice she is. I felt like a horrible mother, after a year of not seeing her, knowing if she was even alive, she is finally in jail, but I didnt put her there, she did. As a parent we are suppose to fix things when our children hurt, but I have realized this is one only God can fix. I stepped out of the way, it is between she and Him now.
