I am in San Diego. I agree-all the wisdom and help we can get is beneficial. I just found out that my daughter's father is back home (not real sure he ever left -not sure what type of 'rehab' or 'treatment' he even received as all I know is his mom said he made a 'good choice'). I found out yesterday that he's been hanging out with his friends again (that he stopped seeing when he was using). I am perplexed that he is living down the street, supposidely no longer using, and has not tried to contact his daughter. We live in the same neighborhood -shop at the same grocery store -if while we are out we run into him, my daughter will be crushed to know he is 'back from rehab' and 'not on drugs' and he hasn't asked to see her. This will just crush her as she keeps asking me if he's back and has asked for us to drive by his house at night to see if he's home yet. I don't know what to do....
