If they catch her, they may send her to treatment depending on the situation and if they've caught her before or not. In my opinion, I would just let her go and leave her alone. If anything, she knows you genuinely care about her and would be there for her providing you have a boundary to say that you can't help unless she stays clean/gets help. If she is actively using and knows you are in a position of worrying about her, she may use that manipulatively to get money or other things to further help her with this sickness and insanity of meth use. They never say they're using money, etc. for dope - they just do. So I think the best thing you can do is continue to lift her up in prayer and take care of yourself and stay put.
