Thank you Wendi for your prayers. I haven't even gotten a court date yet. When I do I will not post it because I think either Spencer or Bernie may be reading these posts and it would be better if he did not show up, or would it??? hmmm.
I think they ask for joint custody to scare us, and to help themselves think they are still in control. DO they not realize they are going to be drug tested before even seeing the kids? Someone who is still using has signs that they still are, like saying stupid stuff and behaving as if they deserve the world. Let them think under that cloud, we will be in the sunshine. Good luck and lots of prayers for your mediation hearing.
How come it's in mediation? Did a judge think he was sane enough to even make any decisions for the kid(s)?
