Thank you Hula and Heather for your response. It makes me feel better to know that I am doing the right thing. He has not seen the kids in over a month. He has called once in that time period. When he asked for joint custody, it took me by suprise because he never cared before. Do you think he is asking for joint custody becasue he doesn't want to pay child support or has the meth really gone to his head? I pray everyday that Gods Will will be done in this situation. I just want my kids to be happy and healthy, which they are right now without their Dad. I will be praying for you Heather as you await a court date. My mediation date July 3. Pray that I stay strong and not give him an inch. Take care!
