Heather, have you thought about getting a restraining order on him so that he cannot call you or come within 100 feet of you, your kids, or your residence or work?

If he won't take a hair folicle test, he more than likely is still using, and that is your ace in the hole to get your restraining order. You can also make it so that nobody contacts you on his behalf.

You are struggling so hard to detach, and he just isn't letting it happen...he's still in control. I don't know what options are available to you, but here we have a place called Safe Harbor that will pay for and go with you every step of the way for a restraining order.

It sounds to me like you need to get him out of your head sooner than the courts are letting it happen. Good luck to you and stand strong!
